"The Spirit" Inauguration @The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sofia, Bulgaria

Deckelbaum presented “The Spirit” to the people of Bulgaria in a November ceremony held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sofia. The work was created to honor the way Bulgaria stood up to Nazi Germany during World War II.
